Hey Everyone!
You might have noticed that I missed day 10 of Blogtober. I hate that I did, but I felt like it was almost necessary, as I was getting a little burnt out from posting every day. It’s a lot of work! I am moving on and not making up for day 10, so here we go with Day 11!
Today is the post that I promised 2 days ago. It’s a small makeup haul, but I figured I would share the products I bought. If you are interested, keep on reading!
Wet n Wild Photofocus Matte Finish Setting Spray
First up is this setting spray from Wet n Wild. I have been on a Wet n Wild high lately, as everything I have tried has been so amazing! I was in need of a setting spray and I am trying to use as many different ones as possible so I can do a comparison post. I’m excited to test this one out and see how it stands up to my ride or die setting sprays.
Wet n Wild Photofocus Foundation & Concealer
I bought both of these products again, as they are my absolute favourite. Both the concealer and foundation are full coverage products and they blend like a dream! I am so glad these products work for me, as both of them combined only totals $10!
L’Oreal Pure-Sugar Scrub in Kiwi
This skincare line by L’Oreal has been very interesting for me. I have loved some of their masks yet didn’t like the facial cleansers all that much. However, I bought the cocoa scrub in the same line and I love it! I use it a couple of times a week and it’s done nothing but wonders for my skin. I bought the kiwi one as another option for exfoliating. I’ll let you know how I like it!
Rimmel Exaggerate Eyeliner
This is a repeat purchase x 100, as its one of my favourite eyeliners ever. It just defines my eyes so well and it’s so easy to apply with. It comes with a retractable tip making it even easier to have the perfect amount of liner at all times.
Wet n Wild Colour Icon Eyeshadow Palettes
Okay, I have seen these palettes everywhere! I had to go to 3 different Walmart’s just to find the one palette, as its been sold out everywhere. I love the shades of the shadows in both palettes. The one on the left is called Nude Awakening and the right one is Rosé in the air. These type of shadows have been so popular lately and I couldn’t help but purchase both of them.
Rimmel Magnif’Eyes Spice Edition
This was another eye shadow palette that I have been seeing everywhere! I wanted it in the Crimson palette, but I couldn’t find that one anywhere and I think the Spice palette is more my thing. I almost think the 2 palettes from Wet n Wild are very similar to this one, so I will have to see how the 3 compare to each other. I think I have more than enough eye shadow palettes to last me now, but knowing me, I will still buy some more 😉
I hope you enjoyed reading about my mini makeup haul! If you want to see a review on anything, let me know. I love purchasing drugstore makeup, as some of the products surprise me and they end up being better products than some of the high end products I have.
Have you tried any of the products above?
Thank you for reading 🙂

I love the sound of the L’Oreal Pure-Sugar Scrub. I don’t really like facial cleansers that much but I love a good scrub – so much more exfoliating.

You picked up some create little bits and bobs, the spice palette is gorgeous! Don’t be annoyed at yourself for missing a day of blogging, it’s so important not to burn yourself out, keep the enjoyment and it’ll shine through in your writing – people won’t be mad at you for taking a little break. Oh goodness girl, don’t beat yourself up for missing a day. I’m just now out of the hospital from several horrible medical maladies (they’d started two weeks ago and I tried to blog about it). It means I’ve missed two weeks of BLOGTober. It’s a horrible first time try for me. I’m going to try and pick up a little bit in the next couple of days and I’m just going to tell myself it’ll just have to be good enough.
The big thing I’m looking forward to is getting back into my makeup! I’ve had so many makeup hauls arrive while I was so deathly ill I haven’t even touched them beyond simple pictures! 😱
One of which is the Rimmel Magnif’eyes Spice Palette. I can’t wait to do some things with it and see how it performs.
So I’m totally looking forward to you reviewing your palette AS WELL AS I’d be interested in seeing your opinions on the L’Oreal scrub. I’ve only gotten samples of it and it seems like it could be a pretty decent product.

Love the Wet n’ Wild Setting spray and eye shadow palettes, but the foundation just won’t work for me no matter how many times I try it! I’m currently testing out their dual contour/highlight stick.

I just bought the Wet N Wild Photo Focus foundation, but haven’t tried it yet. Do you have a preferred way of applying this (sponge vs brush)?
Also, I love the L’Oreal face masks, so I’m super curious about the scrubs now!
